We are different - since clearly positioning ourselves as a self-service restaurant(s) and switching to completely stress-free, time-shifted production, we not only offer a workplace, but a place where we all enjoy spending a large part of our lives. The hustle and bustle of long queues and stress during service times is a thing of the past.

But don't worry - there's still plenty going on. You won't get bored with us and when you do, we enjoy the time with a view over the world-famous Lake Oeschinen and the mountain peaks.

Your tasks:

  • 90% home-made food = standardized, time-shifted production according to recipe and clear concept
  • Cooking, portioning, packing, labeling and storing product units
  • Preparing the daily mise-en-place for day-to-day business
  • Assistance with the transportation of goods using an Iveco transporter with lifting platform
  • Handling the daily business between 1100 and 1630 hours (self-service restaurant with pager system)
  • Support with other work on the farm according to your interests: For example, helping with meat processing from our own farm, cutting firewood for the winter, etc.
