We have been serving guests with passion for 5 generations. Regional enjoyment, fresh products and personal service - the focus is on the guest. As specialties we offer lamb dishes from our own organic farm or homemade spaetzli dishes. 20 minutes from the cable car station, you can reach us easily on foot in summer (or with the e-shuttle bus) and in winter with skis or sledges.

The products in our dishes come from the region as far as possible. It goes without saying that we only use high-quality Swiss meat, and all our lamb comes from our own organic farm in Kandersteg. Sustainability and ecology are very important to us. Every day we bake fresh bread, fruit cakes and much more directly on Lake Oeschinen. In our in-house bakery, we use our own flour mixes for breads and cakes, among other things.
In addition to our main occupation, looking after guests, we do a lot of work on our organic farm (organic bud) and in the forest. There are around 40 ewes on our farm. We sell the sheepskins in the Oeschinen store. Depending on the season, we offer various organic lamb dishes. It has as long as it has...
Inside, we have 120 seats in various rooms, while the terrace offers space for around 200 people.
Club outings, class reunions or birthdays at Lake Oeschinen are popular. We offer group menus for larger groups of 20 people or more. Contact us and let us advise you.
