Tap water

Our operations at Oeschinensee are not connected to the public water supply. We therefore operate our own supply network with springs, pumps, supply lines and a UV disinfection system. The construction and maintenance of the infrastructure, the statutory laboratory controls and the service are costly. We therefore charge for tap water.

Meat declaration: Pork, veal, beef and chicken meat comes only from Switzerland, if possible from the region. The lamb (according to daily offer) comes exclusively from our own organic farm in Kandersteg.
